On September 15, 2023 the Middletown Township Historical Society officially unveiled the original painting "The Middletown Militia Secures their Prize" by artist Steve Schreiber. The painting is based on an article by Maureen Foster, which was published in Monmouth Timeline. Monmouth Timeline commissioned and graciously donated the artwork to us. The painting is now on loan the Middletown Township Public Library, where it can be viewed during business hours. We thank everyone for their efforts and participation.
