The Middletown Township Historical Society is grateful to the Township of Middletown for providing us a small exhibit space in the lobby of their now Town Hall! You may view it Monday through Friday at 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, NJ 07748.
Current ExhibitWe are displaying a collection of Middletown postcards which have been enlarged and captioned to provide historical context. Also on display is a large painting called Scenes Along Kings Highway by Julius Coppola, based on an earlier work by Glenore "Gay" Coblens. Before reading the associated notes, see if you can name all of the places or events depicted!
Past ExhibitsOn July 5, 2023. the public grand opening of Town Hall, we displayed a number of items from our archive and local collectors. You can watch a highlight video of the event.
